We have a hundreds of session times to book every month, and 53 every week.
You can attend whichever sessions suit you best!
Monday to Friday:
6am to 9pm
Saturday
8am to 1pm
No, we are very flexible, we train a lot of full-time workers and parents. You can change your sessions every week and book in to any which suit you.
That's fine, most of our members are beginners, you don't need any experience or fitness level. We will help you.
You can sign up as a member, or you can stop after the programme, its totally up to you.
