That's fine, most of our members are beginners, you don't need any experience or fitness level. We will help you.
The 4 week Kickstart was designed for busy professionals – that’s why it only takes 3 x 45-minute sessions per week. We also offer flexible class times to make it easier to fit around your schedule.
Yes. Our coaches are trained to work around injuries and will adapt sessions to suit you. Just let us know what’s going on and we’ll make sure you’re looked after properly.
Everyone is different, but most of our members see improvements in energy, sleep, strength and mood within the first couple of weeks – and up to 14lbs of fat loss over the full weeks. Plus, we focus on building habits that last well beyond the programme.
If you’ve loved the programme and want to keep going, we’ll chat about the best next steps for you. There’s no pressure – but most people do choose to stay on because of the progress they’ve made.
